“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have” — Eckhart Tolle
We live right now, we can only live in that moment, not in the future or in the past.
When I first read about that we only have this moment right now and nothing else it struck me.
At first I was confused, then sad and then motivated to make the best out of every moment.
Only here and now we can do or change something so that we can change the future.
We can neither live in the past nor in the future only in the present.
And what are doing right now?
Think about it! Analyze if you are currently living the way you want and if you are currently doing what you want to do. In the next moment everything could be over and nobody knows what the future holds.
Live the moment after your values!
Take one step and one more step to your future goals.
And all those small steps you took in those moments will lead to a great life and will lead to the result you wanted.
A lot of people are thinking about their goals and dreams in their future but aren’t doing anything to get them into that direction. Now in that moment is the time to do something.
Take action!
Make your dreams come true!
Nothing is impossible!
Take a risk!
The moment to take action was yesterday and now is the second best moment. I think you heard that before:
“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”
– Chinese Proverb
If you don’t start right now then you will regret it later probably already tomorrow, because you missed a day of your future.
You will always only have this moment.
This realization is really hard to take but that’s life. The life that you have will always take place in that moment.
Time is important and the sooner you start the more time you will have.
Here and now I’m writing those lines while I’m sitting in my room and I’m thinking about what I want to do in the future. But I stop thinking about the future because I’m thinking too much.
To live and change the future I have to take action. I have to do something in this moment. That’s why I’m writing that story for you but also for me as a motivation.
It’s motivating to think that every second is never coming back. Or is it too negative? You can decide.
Live your life!
Now!
Now ten seconds already passed.
Take action, now!
We only have this moment, so use it!
But don’t do too much, everyone needs a break too to take more action again in the next moment!
“Life, if well lived, is long enough”
– Seneca
